So if its a bad slave cylinder would it cause it to have trouble going into gears? Remember the clutch pedal always feels nice and firm like it should. Its just that sometimes I'll start up the truck and the tranny has the hardest time going into gear, then I shut the truck off and restart it and its fine again for a little while. I would think that if the transmission was bad it would have problems going into gear constantly, and not just every so often like its doing.
