They are sprung over from the factory, so, yeah, thats with a spring over...

Here's a pic of my old 1983 truck (85 cab) with bone stock 83 rear springs up front, and 1/2ton 4x4 chevy leaves (mid 90s) in the back.

Those are 36" swampers, I later switched to 38.5" swampers, dropped the front hanger an inch and redid the front packs to get a touch more.

They work great, and are dirt cheap. The fronts are very flexible, the rears are OK, you'll want some weight towards the back, and they work better..You'll need to redo your rear spring hangers.
