If you are doing it yourself, save the money and don't buy an install kit. 95 percent of the re-gears I've done I've been able to re-use bearings/seals/shims. You may need to pick up extra shims, which aren't much, or someone might even toss you some from an old project. Crush sleeves are cheap enough, but sometimes you can re-use them as well if there's enough left in them.

Just inspect bearings, races, and such. You'll often find everything in good shape, if not, it's much cheaper to replace just the needed parts than to buy everything you don't need in a kit.
