I'm not sure how I feel about that, it seems wrong for a single person to be able to vote for one candidate six times, but on the other hand there are six of the same positions to fill. I really don't see how it changes the outcome very much, if a voter cas only cast one vote then the six candidates with the highest vote totals get the job.

Although the village of about 30,000 residents is nearly half Hispanic...
Yeah but only 1000 of them are legal registered voters , so now they have the option of casting six votes for their candidate.

Affirmative Action, bitches.
