A person does not need to provide facts to support their opinion unless they are trying to prove someone wrong. You asked for facts when you can find them on your own, your just to lazy to research it yourself and come to your own conclusion.
The constitution is much like the Bible in that it is different based on the way it is interpreted. The bible uses the respective churches for their interpreters and the constitution relies on the judicial system as it's interpreter. Each can have an individual interpretation as well but good luck trying to convince the masses your interpretation is right.
