I heard an interesting bit on the radio today.
Convicted sex offenders that have served their time and could be released...... now the government or some part of it has come up with this idea that if they(government) determine that the offender could offend when he is released, that he could be held indefinetly because of a crime he may commit.
I would say hold em, but were does it stop?
If they can do this with sexual preditors then what about criminals in general, serve their time and because they may commit crimes when they are released and they are held just because the corrections deptment has the ability and the right to do so. Where does justice begin and where does the government go too far?
