Default 1976 cj5, 304... not sure what to do with it?

I have a 1976 cj5 with a 4'' lift, currently riding on 31's. It has a really clean body, (i'll post some pics of it once I get used to this site, sry) I am thinking about selling it but I want to get the most money out of it... What do you suggest I do? sell as is or fix it? I'm a good mechanic so thats not a prob, I'm just not sure if I will get my money out of it?

The Good!
New best top (soft top) and doors, newer fiborglass body and fiborglass fenders, decent looking paint as well. (like I said, pics are coming..)

The not so good...
The engine has a small tick and a lot of leaks, so it will eventually need a rebuild, the transfer case is also making some noise... pretty sure thats the belt. I honestly don't know that much about older Jeeps so what do you guys think? what I can do? Any clues to what I could get out of it?

Any thoughts would be appreciated! thanks!
