I'm just going to keep the "nose to the grindstone" attitude. Although I don't have faith in our current elected officials, I still have faith that our country was founded on the right principles and that our registered voters will wise up. In the mean time, I'm staying with moderate risk investments like mutual funds and no risk (low return) CD's. IMO a guaranteed safe low return is better than a risky high return. And, the older I have gotten, the more I'm a believer in this. Unfortunately, I don't have time in my daily life to watch things close enough to jump in and out of quick turn arounds. And, although I'm not sure the market has bottomed out, I think property will come back over the long run.
OH, and Stan, praying for guidance is never a bad thing.
