You want to get ahead and not be treated like an idiot, learn the lingo of the product you are selling and stop relying on the fucking computer. That's my get ahead advice for the day.

That's funny... I’ve been in the same store Jim… I hate going into those cookie cutter corporate stores just for this reason... If they lose their computer they can’t look up a part to save their life… Lucky for me I have an old-school parts store by me. It doesn't seem to matter what I'm looking for they can find it for me. If I walk in and ask for a 1310 they hand me one… It’s nice…
