Default Tech Job Advice

Hi, I am going to help a family maintain and repair their computers. I have no idea what to charge. I've seen about 30 bucks an hour is common for pc repair. I'm not certified or anything but I have been doing this all my life, I'm going to college for Criminal technology and have taken both of the PC repair classes there. I have also attended a vocational school for Computer Networking and Technology while I was in high school. I know I'm qualified I'm just not certified. I was thinking $15 an hour. Or because of the mix of what I'm doing $30 a month and $8-$10 an hour on top of that. I'm just throwing those numbers out there. Let me know if that is reasonable or how much you would be willing to pay if you think it's unreasonable. Thanks!
