What device are you planning to play these on??
The "order in which you burn them" is not going to matter AT ALL. That would only matter with an audio CD, because it goes through tracks in order.
What order they are played on or displayed on whatever device you listen to a data CD totally depends on how that particular device or file explorer sorts data. However, most things sort by name by default, so the numerical system works best.
If you want them to play in some crazy order without renaming them, and your device supports playlists (.m3u or other format), then you could burn a playlist to the disk as well.
