well if they used sand and designed a trap in the road drain basins to make the reclamation easy it could be reused. this would A. be more environmentally friendly, B. put people to work C. make sense. but i know we shouldn't use logic

the reason salt costs more is because the wasteful spending cannot be corrected. the answer is to raise the price on something to get more cash to cover the waste they aren't fixing.
