doesnt matter if they need to be on the roads or not, they have the right to free travel, and we all pay taxes to cover the expenses of maintaining the roads...the money is taken, but then the local governments complain about having to spend it.

I dont really blame the road commisions so much, because I'm sure they dont actually get the funding they need, regardless of how much taxes are raised in order to give them the funding.
