I think I found an alternative. since its just a spacer to increase angle you can use a lug nut drilled to the correct bolt size or you can use a stub shaft nut? I went to the barn and I have crap loads of them. the center is 23/32" which is slightly larger then you need, but if you go to some place like auto zone you might fine one closer to the 16mm or 5/8" . even if you had to run a drill through it its a hardened nut that wouldn't collapse like mild steel would
