At least they are defining the violations, Eastpointe often leaves it up to the inspector's discretion. That's how I ended up selling my 71 VW that ran, drove and was plated and insured. I drove it at least once a week if not more, but since the 'blight officer' thought it looked like crap (Kinda did, it was flat black) I kept get warning letters.
Oddly enough, my really crappy looking F150 is fine. Go figure.
