sounds like the mil has a front drivers wheel bearing going bad. Sounds like a caliper grind we you turn the steering wheel one direction but the other way no noise.
Bell tire quoted over 500 for the part and labor. They said the part had something to do with the abs which from my research and knowledge I dont beleive this is correct.
From what I can tell all it takes is:
remove spindle nut and cotter pin then bolts on rear of knuckle holding sealed hub
remove hub with chisel
Am i missing any thing. The hub is about 100-110
