i wouldnt call a 5.9L a medium truck engine, however the duramax is in the kodiak and topkick which are medium duty trucks. im pretty sure the powerstroke is in some medium duty trucks aswell

its too bad the dodge trans needs lots of hard parts as soon as you get up there in power.
