You will if the back is higher than the front it will eliminate the rake effect.
But remember you have to get an alignment after you crank the t-bars up.
You can go as high as you want I was just giving you my opinion I've seen guys run their t-bars maxed out with no issues but I've also seen guys with just a 1 inch crank have lots of problems.
Also if you do it don't be worried if one bolt seems lower/higher than the other they are like that sometimes from the different weight loads applied to the truck.
Be sure to jack the front of the truck up first you don't want to crank on them with the suspension loaded.
