I can slightly feel it in the floor boards. If I listen while hunched down by the front tire, and someone brake torques it to make the sound( 3 consistent pops), it sounds like its coming from the front half of the vehicle, maybe even around the front axle area. Could not put a direct spot on it.
The tires were about 22 psi and I put them at 45, max is 50. The sound has decreased by a pop or two I noticed. I have not driven it much but I will listen again to see if it is consistently quieter. It seemed a good deal quieter.

Not when shifting at all, and I believe no noise in reverse at all but will double check.
