Default Creaking or pops while accelerating

I have a 94 F150 and just had the oil pan replaced. After I got it back I noticed that when I accelerate, there is a creaking/ 3-4 pops while increasing in pitch as the truck accelerates through the very beginning of first gear. Sometimes there is a creaking right before shifting into second. Once it hits second, there may be very little noise if any. And so on is fine. If I accelerate harder/faster, the noise is louder. Sometimes when accelerating and turning at the same time its easily noticeable as well. If I brake torque it a little, it will make the 3 pops. If I try to do it again in the same spot, it will not make the sound. If I roll the truck foward a foot and brake torque it a little again it will then make the sound again. Please let me know what you think.
