Get yourself a small pipe/tubing cutter, the kind that has a wheel and needs to spin around the pipe. Place the cutter 3/4" from the end of the slave cylinder fitting. Cut the ring off and the hose should pop out without problem, but DO NOT CUT THE HOSE, cut the gold or blue anodized fitting. I've done this a few times taking a leaky internal slave out. You most likely will have the ZF 5sp and its a heavy pig with the transfercase attached, do yourself the favor and split them. Again Ive done this a few times on different trucks and it sucks if you keep the two together. The frame bolts are 15MM and the nuts are 18MM, 12MM 12pt on the driveshaft to differential, I dont remember the exhaust manifold bolt size. Hope these pointers help.
