oxy sensors really shouldn't make a car run bad. if it has a fault it will go into default mode and run fine unless you have other issues that need to be fixed. in that case it may say its bad so you replace it and still have a problem.
in other works, if everything is working you can unplug the o2 and have no performance issues.
have you looked at the plugs?
also try unpluging the maf and see if it goes away. it could be bad and just not from being dirty, so cleaning it wont help.
