As I posted in another thread, of the top five, only the Prius is imported.

And not that I agree with this, but many people consider a Jap brand car, assembled in the U.S. to be an American product. Just look around this site to find plenty who lean right that feel that way. It is usually the left leaning union socialists (sarcasm intended and thick) who consider them foreign since the profit goes back to Japan.

Heck, even the owner of this site, who is most definatley a conservative repulican, bought a Tundra and justified it as American since it was assembled here in the U.S.

Personally, to me, only Ford, GM and Chrysler are American cars. (not including any small upstart companies)
