Default assembled trailer rule questions

Alright, I'm getting into finishing my trailer. I bought the frame. The deck is 81"X16'. Has a nice heavy frame, nice A-frame in front to a 2 5/16" socket. I got a set of axles that measure out to be exactly 102" from outside edge of rim to the other side. I've had such a hard time searching the SOS website and no one up at my local branch will help out.

I need to know...
  • overall legal width
  • overall legal length
  • max weight empty
  • corner light regulations

I just need to know if I'm getting close to the weight limit mainly. Its built out of 3 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1/4" thick C-channel and the front A-frame is 4" x 2" C-channel. Then, I gotta add ramps, deck, and angle iron around the outside. The axles I have are way more than needed, but I got them so cheap. They probably weigh 300lbs each themselves.

Oh yeah, there is no problems legally if I run torsion axles, is there?
