1991 Tracker 1.6
Looking for help quick details.
Motor will run perfect all day parked. you can rev it up and runs great.
Put it in gear and step on the gas and it will run up on rpms then act like a back fire enough to jolt the hole vehicle. get going into a higher gear start to accelerate, just into a fresh shift it will fall on it's nose again. at 55mph it will drive along and then jolt the vheicle, with a loss of power then regain power and keep going does this about every 500 feet.
I would like to start by checking the coil for resistance but can't find info on how to do so any help? any suggestions?
