my 80 year old grandfather has decided to put up for sale his custom built carhauler. I helped him build it 5 or 6 years ago to haul his tractor and attachments so we wanted it heavy duty.
It is 18 or 19 ft long and a full 8ft wide and with drive over fenders.... it would be perfect for a mud truck or trail rig.
Has an Large UGLY Tool Box up front on the tongue (even the tow straps and Axle Hooks included)
wood deck is good
Heavy duty steel frame
slide in ramps on the back
Tires are decent, with white wagon wheels (nothing special)
Dual axle electric brakes
Unsure the actual specs on the axles but they are heavy duty 6-lug 15" wheels, so i would assume it is rated like my trailer at 9900 lbs.
this trailer has hauled everything you could think of, lifted jeeps, full size trucks, tractors, a race car, a forklift, a Detroit desiel engine out of a Semi truck and even a small front end loader....
it will haul pretty much anything you want
The wood deck was never stained or anything so the wood has greyed over the years but is still real strong. It was painted with black duplicolor spray on bed-liner and could use some touch ups but still looks good.
the only reason he is selling is because he is 80 years old and just doesnt use it often any more, plus he can always use mine if he needs one.
trailer weighs about 2000lbs and can be pulled loaded by a half ton truck...
Looking for $1100
this trailer is well worth the money since i bought my trailer new in 2005 for 3500 (suretrac 9900lb), you can find them new for 1800 but they are basically landscaping trailers and not meant to haul what this can
