So let me get this right. You are "technically" saying the adult is in the wrong by letting a completely sober 15 yr old with a learners permit drive? So is it better that a not sober adult drive than a sober 15 yr old? I may be the jackass here, but i am willing to bet that drunk drivers kill more people than sober 15 yr olds with a drunk passenger.
