the torture and treatment in war only applies to nations that signed the geneva convention. The soldiers have to be IN UNIFORM. Our soldiers are tortured by nations that are signees, everytime a special forces guy or double agent or spy is caught you can bet that they are almost cetainly tortured.

Al auada does not wear uniform and is not a nation and didn not sign the geneva convention (nor could they since they arent a nation duuur :tonka: ) so we can do what ever we want.
