You have no idea what the overhead could possilbly be. Think of the insurance, the cost of the liquor license. Some drinks may be profitable, but others and alot of food items have food costs of over 40-50 % Add that to utililities, rent, taxes, amongst others you would be suprised.
I analyze businesses in restaurant industry. It's not what it used to be.
