I wouldn't know where? The most I can see an electrical problem in wet or cold weather is from either grounding out or heat/cold expansion/contraction. the idea being that a part could effectivly crush its own contacts in cold weather and short. it does happen after its been running and would lend me to think that its a heat issue or wet issue. have you pulled your cdi box and looked at the case to see if the paint has burned spots on it? its just a long shot, but you never know.
