125-225 spool (Yukon or Auburn)

100 install kit

$655 - $875 for the center. If you run the spool made for the 3.06 housings you can save another 225-325.

I hear you on the center, I just wanted to give real pricing as I had just done that last week. Personally I would pay the same price to setup my third as one pre-built. That way I know it's done right with quality parts and bearings. My rear center is going to be around $650 with a Strange N2206 and an Aubrun spool I snagged for $80 on FleaBay.

for what it's worth moser has some damn good deals on complete rear axle/bearing/spool packages.... off that spool on ebay and but one of their matched kits.... really affordable, pretty much what you can piece it together for while finding the cheapest parts.
