Default EB44 disk conversion

what do you all recommend for converting a EB44 axle to disk brakes? Will the outers on a fullsize 44 Ford axle bolt right onto the EB axle? Will i have to swap knuckles? New to this and trying to gain as much knowledge about it before i start.

some options ive discovered:

-Chevy Flat tops/high steer arms and TRE's, Chevy disks, chevy outer shaft and Ford Hubs (i still dont know if i want high steer or not, this isnt a decicated wheeler rig)

-Fullsize Ford 44 outers (like said above, will this work without swapping on the fullsize 44 knuckle?)

-Conversion kit ($500 bucks)
