The thing that gets me is, I could never be content only wheeling one state or one area... There are way too many places I want to see!

You're dead on with the intermediate trails too. We used to go to Moab every year and in the beginning it was all with one locker and 31s. Always had a blast no matter what. Plus, its a lot cheaper usually in fuel to get a few friends or family driven out of state for wheeling than it is to get those same people flown somewhere on "vacation".

Oh, and we did a lot of trips back in the day by ourselves and just met up with random people at the trail heads. Met some cool people that way. Especially now with the age of the internet, there shouldn't be any excuse for finding people to tag along with
