If your paying to have have something welded (or even a favor) you can have someone do the bends for you. Usually they would only be a few bucks a bend or find someone here that will hook you up. You could do a cage like that but you would have to gusset the shit out of it and it would be the dumbest looking thing you've ever seen. Plus the laughing stock of the intraweb. But I'm no engineer.
