x2 on the oil brand. Oil is a science these days in a 2 stroke. Depending on how you ride, R50 might work well. It has a high film strength (like the old castor bean oils) without gumming up your PV. In my 300, it is bad because I don't ride on the pipe hardly ever. R50 caused me a few problems with fouling and spooge.

I recently changed over to amsoil premix and have had good results. Also, I run 50:1 in my bike.
