no not new but you'd think that by 2000 shit would be FI. when you consider the age of the boat compared to FI in cars/trucks is what I'm getting at. Just about every car/truck in the late 80's early 90's were FI and boats use engines from cars/trucks

and I guess I don't understand the coast guard regs thing. It couldn't be an emissions policy
