Threw a truss on the front end:
I would've liked to make it wider but the little bit of extra strength probably isn't worth the tons of extra work in this application. It should still help strengthen the weak point in the middle a bit.

The drivers side was kind of a PITA. Because of the whole welding to cast issue I plated the bumpstop pad with 1/4" plate, welded it on, and drilled and tapped a couple bolts holding the plate to the cast. Then I welded the tube to the plate.....works for me.
Figured with 8k lbs coming down on the front end adding some strength to the knuckles wouldn't be a bad idea either. I plasma'd out some 3/8" plate to brace the inner Cs.
Meanwhile among other things my buddy stripped off the stock mounts and got some paint on the new frame brackets:
