Default no laughing at me

so i am ~215 and 6' 3". is bike size correlated to safety? i am thinking about trading the CJ project for an enduro type bike (150-250cc) or something small, i.e. moped (would enduro be cheaper to insure than 'road bike'?).

opinions... what size should i be looking for? unlikely to see freeway driving. if i were to take it to school (15 miles), much would be 2-4 lane paved roads and aobut 25% time spent in downtown streets.

i think i would want 4 stroke (won't have to mix fuel).

Advice is great
