BASICALLY .. I put the rotor on the axle after cutting the drum brake mounting plate around the axle flange . then I used the caliper & the caliper adapter which was bolted to the spindle assembly by 2 bolts & the caliper by 2 bolts then I made a plate that bolted to the adapler & welded & bolted to axle housing at the flange. then a little plumming and it works sweet it also makes it easier to change axle shafts Ive done a similar thing to a few samurai & they all work great but no parking brake all the riggs I worked on had no working parking brakes any way
