like most of the replies stated, it depends on what size tires and how you wheel. the D35 will handle most things without a problem. I used to work at DCX at they test them throughly. but at the same time if you plan on upgrades. I might wait, up to you you can upgrade to a different axle also once you have it. another thing to think about most of the guys giving you the info wheel, so if it already has a D44. unless a newer rubi more than likely it has been wheeled. the D44 is an optional upgrade and as such had that in mind when originally purchased. just my input
