You can use washers welded together, with the center hole hogged out. Or, what I did was find some steel stock the diameter of the lower coil, cut it, drill a hole and drill another hole to fit over the nut that is on the stud that will go through it. Mine is roughly 3/4" tall, and I gained roughly 1 & 1/2" lift...but I did it more for alignment purposes than anything (makes camber go more positive)...

If you've got a 2WD then you more than likely will need a stud extender, I didn't for my ranger which is 4wd
