Im sayin no break. You can twist the shit out of ankles and they look like hell but are just sprained. I had the whole bottom of my foot lookin just like that. Finally the fiance made me see a doc after 2 weeks. That was waste of money. It's gonna look much worse in the comeing days. Wrap it up tight when ya need to walk, use a crutch if ya have to.
Soak it in hot water with alot of epsom salts every day and wrap it with a towell filled with epsom salts and soaked in hot water every night all night.
Youll be on that foot in no time..
holy shit!!! i sprayned mine on friday and i am walking on it now just fine. I put ice on it immeditaly and still doing it everynight. I would go put ice on that right now and get that swealing down.
I shattered mine 2 years ago skydiving had to have it surgically repaired and now I have chunk of metal in my leg, not only did I break it I tore all the crap between my ankle and foot It still hurts like hell when the weather changes or is really cold.
Sprained ankles suck. I sprained mine very bad over a year ago and it's still not 100% and prolly never will be. So far this lawn mowing season, things have been going okay but I still have to be careful or it will roll over again. Doesn't hurt as bad when it happens now but still sucks.
:woot: i only broke one bone and it's under my big toe and isn't conected to anything. she said it was a masive sprain and that bone won't hurt nothing and i don't need a cast:woot: now i just have to sit on my ass for a cupple days witch sucks cuz i got shit i got to do but it's better than a friggen cast!
My wrist was looking like that Monday, but by today was starting to look better, Sprained it in 2 directions...
