I kind of have somewhat of an idea of what needs to be done to convert it. I was just curious if any one had an idea of exactly all of what i would need to do this, I wanna keep the ttb system. I know the majority of stuff will just bolt up. I have the 5 speed manual and would prefe to keep that but actually having a hard time finding a 5 speed with the tcase, not really wanting to tear my tranny apart and rebuilt it. So if anyone has some input on doing this and help would greatly appreciated.

yeah there is a crunch zone at the very first like 4-5 inches if the frame rails, I really don't see why it would interfere with the ttb since its no where near the axles, its right by the bumper, and I was thinking about doing divocred but not sure how to mount it

I have a 4x4 f150 frame complete from the rails down. 300 bucks if you are interested pm me. It has all the ttb stuff rear axle springs everything you need. i also have a 4in lift kit for it. 450 with the lift kit. I also have a divorced case i would probably sell. and I also have an extra 5speed.

Broncorama is tommorrow at Jeff's Bronco Graveyard should be a 5-spd with t-case there. Years ago one of the mags converted a 1st Gen Lightning truck to 4wd and it was very simple. They used an auto but other than that there shouldn't be too much different.
