How do you tell what your home service is for electrical? I don't see mine written anywhere and I think I have 100amp service. I have a homeline series s01 box and a breakout box for the AC, both through 1 meter. The main box has 20 breakers with 1 pair tied for the range ( which I don't have ). I'm thinking I may have been browning out my house a bit welding a couple months back and I'm concerned about my service enough to look at expanding it for the welder as well as a good size 220v compressor at some point as well.
go outside and look at the cable coming into the panel (SE Cable) See what size in AWG it is, should be something like 2 awg or 1/0 awg or 4/0 awg. Also like everyone else said what does the MB say on the handle, and the sticker.
that cable is actually good for 125 amps i believe. just fyi
