my dad has had one of these in his backyard for at least 10 years with no problems at all.. except for some fringing around the zipper and tried to singe it off,, had to order a new door..
we use them all the time out here in the marine industry to paint boats under. they hold up pretty well to most snow loads, and worse case the fabric craps out in a few years get a new one to put back on for not a lot of coin. or depending on where you are have the local boat shrink wrap guy come over and shrink wrap the frame, we use clear shrink wrap and get about a year out of it but it makes a great green house effect and stays on average about 15-20 warmer inside during day light hours
My moms neighbor has a big ass one, uses it basically as a hay barn. Its been up for a few years and still looks the same, at least from the road.
