Hey anybody know if its gonna be an issue if I bring my dog? - he is great in the Jeep and doesn't cause trouble. The hotel I'm registered in is cool with it.

If I need to find someone to watch him I need to get going on it as that weekend is pretty busy for allot of people with the rally race etc.

No problem with bringing your dog on the runs. Are you staying at the Super 8 behind the Quality Inn? That usually where the pet owners stay.

Unfortunately, the dog is NOT welcome at the banquet Saturday night, so I hope she/he is okay with staying in a hotel room alone for several hours.

Thats how I remember it last year... a month or so after snofari, westbranch got dumped on. Hell when I left for snofari last year at Christmas time, Northern Kentucky had more snow than Westbranch...
I can assure you, that your memory is incorrect. I returned to West Branch almost exactly a month after SnoFari 2010. There was no dumping of snow. Maybe ~6" but that's it.

Also, Snofari 2010 was held at the begining of January. SnoFari 2011 will be at the end of January (basically a month, right?).

It's winter. We all know how crazy the weather patterns are during the Winter. Sorry you won't be making the trip this year! Hopefully you can return next year! :thumb:

Snowfari 2009 I was pushing snow with my bumper in places, and had a great time, That was what mid Jan? Snowfari 2010 was about the same time and we had a thaw and it was more ice then snow - I actually beat on my rig HARDER last year then in 2009.

It's f'ing Michigan, it could be 50* that weekend or even 60* in February. I just welcome it as one of the very few times a year I get to hit the trail.

I actually would welcome warm weather during Snowfari if we have snow. I don't have a heater, and the damn thing is drafty as hell :teehee:

There was at least SNOW both years...

If anyone is looking for a co-pilot count me in! I just moved to West Branch and the Jeep is in pieces so there is no way I will be ready. Also, I work at Team Hodges here in town (Jeep Dealer) so I may be able to talk them in to some kind of sponsorship if we need it

I will be driving next year for sure!!
