I think it it can be done on a 28' deck myself as long as the rigs can get cozy

here is a 34' for reference.

atlest 1.5' wasted between the first rig and gooseneck, 2+ feet between the rigs, and you don't need the 3' overhang on the end of the trailer past the last tire.

Put a flatbed on the truck and pull a normal 16 - 18' carhauler trailer (bumper pull). I doubt it is an option but we did this with our tow rig, until we sold it. It worked great.

Trail Junkie, uses my 5th wheel flat bed all the time to haul two CJ's on, he hauled two to the Pig Gig last year being pulled by a Dodge. He had to be a little creative, and put two wheels up on the goose neck, but it semed to work fine.
Of course he's a truck driver, and I heard he's going to Canada to haul on the Ice Roads this winter.:tonka: :sonicjay: :thumb: So of course, he's a better driver then most anyone on here.

My father used to pull our older backhoe with his 2500 dodge. It pulled fine but make you wonder once and a while on the back roads. I would not hesitate to pull 2 rigs on a bumper trailer as long as you could get the weight right. But the rig I have is only 3000lb so a lot lighter then most.

Here is my setup: 99 F250 with helper airbags in the back, 32' deck tandem axlw tag. Been allover with it like this towing the XJ and a heavy ass J20.

New setup with 5" of lift and 37's, been to TN and up to Drummond towing the XJ with the wrangler or the XJ with the J20. Tows fine up to way faster than it needs to be. However when I get a damn free weekend it is going gooseneck and getting another axle under it just for good measure.
