Well? This is an anonymous (as it can be) poll.

If you have no problem confirming it, why do you?
Or why don't you?

I'm gonna justify my answer...
I marked "Illegally". My justification is that I no longer do, but, I had a Highschool Co-op (yes, thats right, highschool co-op) were the owner of the company required us on certian assigments to carry a hand gun. His reasoning is he wanted us to have a "Plan C". Plan A being talk your way out, Plan B leave the situation immediatly and notify law enforcement if required. Plan C was simply don't bring a knife to a gun fight.

Ummm. I was a corrections officer and was never a wanna-be and neither were most of my co-workers. But there was always a couple who thought they were cops and professed to know the law. I suspect that is the case with bigcuntry. Trust me, we see them all the time showing up on scenes in their uniforms. Carrying radios in their vehicles and talking shit on the web like they really know the law. I'm sure bigcuntry can hand out commissary with the best of 'em but he don't know shit about the law and has proved it time and again on this site.

I would never call ALL corrections officers wanna-bes. Never.

Hey fuck nut. Go back and reread it. Or better yet if your to fucking stupid to comprehend it I will post it and highlight it for you. Michigan had nothing to with this law, it was a federal act by Congress.

I already got 2 officers a couple weeks on the street because of their actions.

‘‘(1) is authorized by law to engage in or supervise the
prevention, detection, investigation, or prosecution of, or the
incarceration of any person for, any violation of law, and has
statutory powers of arrest;

‘‘(4) meets standards, if any, established by the agency
which require the employee to regularly qualify in the use
of a firearm;Law Enforcement
Officers Safety
Act of 2004.
18 USC 921 note.

VerDate

Mcoles had nothing to do with this at all. As of July 22, 2004 I have been carrying.

Also I do have a CPL but that was before this was passed.

That's my favorite.....Seriously, grow the fuck up. You were the tattle tale kid your whole life on recess too weren't you?

The "it wasn't me" kid, or "it was jimmy I saw him do it" Wneh you were in the other room.

Bigcunt I tried cutting you some slack a while back when we were bantering about the 40 beers, but your just proving what a total and utter douche you really are.

So you are entitled to carry a gun with out a fucking permit, whoop dee fucking doo. I'm entitled to piss into the wind if I really feel like it, but you don't see me bragging about it on the internet or talking shit about how many badges I have in my sock drawer from getting cops in trouble do ya?

The people who talk as much as you talk can never walk the walk. Wanna have a 40 beer drinking challenge?

He only sucks if all necessary permits are in order. But, because he is a federal secret agent he doesn't need the permits that everyone else needs.:stan3:
