I have tried for hours
-Bled master cylinder by pumping and cracking the banjo bolt
-Bled both banjo bolts at junction block on forks(furthest first)
-Bled both Calipers(furthest first)

Still have to pump it a few times, to get OK brakes, not even good brakes.

Open up the cap on the master cylinder and undo both the the caliper bleeder valves and let it gravity bleed for about 5 minutes, both at the same time, while adding brake fluid to the master. if it still seems like you had air in the lines after that, bleed them like you regularly would. If that doesn't work, you need to vacuum bleed it or reverse bleed it.

If nothing above works you need a new master cylinder

Hope this helps

I let it gravity bleed for over 2 hours without losing a drop
in the master
I've always had the best luck with pressure or vacuum bleeding. Sole reason I bought a mighty vac. One person brakes and motorcycle brakes.
Tried vacuum bleeding, no luck, and for some reason my couple month old mitivac won't make pressure to try an back bleed it.

My buddy and I had the same issues on his V-65...............ultimately used a mighty vac hand vacuum pump to get results.
Tried it, didn't work.

I think i already have them good enough to sell :teehee:. Now if I can adjust the carbs and get them synced with the tool I bought today, the price will jump $300 :sonicjay:
