If there is a need for more parking we have written permission to use
the back lot at Cookies Mini Mart.
Cookies is located on the N/W corner of Apple Ave & Maple Island Rd.
Easy in and out for tow rigs. :thumb:

rogers house is 1.4 miles north down maple island from cookies. :thumb:

the only thing the owner asks is to please take into consideration that they do have customers on sunday.
so please park north or west of the brick wall in the parking lot.

Hooray! Our last piece of written permission came in the mail today!
We are now 100% legal to run the "preferred" route!

See you all at 10:30 AM on Sunday for Tow Point Inspections
(for those who wish to play in the mud) and the Drivers' Meeting.

I'd like to go as well and bring the ford out. No front winch point and no winch for that matter, lol.
Will I be able to go without holding up anyone?
If you want to come along for the Color Tour/Trail Ride portion you'll be fine without tow points. You just won't be able to do the mud portion of the event without them.

I'll see if I can go weld something up. Clock is a tickin!
Welded tow points are not an acceptable form of recovery point. Properly bolted please. While I'm sure many welded points are fully capable of withstanding the forces involved, I'm not wiling to put other people's lives in the hands of a weld job of unknown quality during an event. Better safe than sorry.

Guess u have never met Erin :sonicjay:

Come on down! Might want to wax it if the paint is important to you though. Michigan pin-striping is to be expected on a vehicle that big.
